Operations Specialist – Logistics & Distribution

Here's what you'll do day-to-day
- Oversee daily logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to streamline workflows and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor inventory levels, shipping schedules, and delivery performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyse operational data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards across all distribution activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in logistics management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields are desirable.
